Steve Dietl's first experience using a camera propelled him into a twenty year long career working as an exhibiting photographer, printmaker, and painter. His exploration of documentary photography has allowed him to investigate various facets of popular culture, prompting an invitation to participate in the 2003 Venice Biennale. Dietl's current resume includes operating nationally as a still photographer on feature films, and as an assignment photographer on projects throughout the United States.
